Libat Malka is Migal’s CFO. Her responsibilities include interface with financial institutions, tax authorities and the Office of the Chief Scientist of Israel. She oversees financial reporting related to research grants and Migal’ s dealings with government agencies Libat is a board certified public accountant (CPA) and has additional training as a CFO and in Financial Accounting for EU Research Funding from the European Academy for Taxes, Economics and Law. She has over fifteen-year experience as a finance manager.
