Prof. Snait Tamir

Professor Tamir serves as MIGAL’s Scientific Director and liaison with Tel Hai University of Kiryat Shmona in the Galilee. At Tel Hai, she currently serves as Vice President for Research and Development, after serving as Dean of the college’s Faculty of Sciences and Technology, and Chairperson of its Department of Nutritional Science. 

Professor Tamir earned her B.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Hebrew University, and did post-doc work at MIT.
