Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support for the ongoing work of the Procurement and Budget Department.
Manage and coordinate procurement processes: opening, tracking, and closing purchase orders; handling price quotes; working with suppliers; and monitoring deliveries.
Handle payments and budget control: entering invoices, tracking payments, monitoring budget utilization, and producing reports.
Support research laboratories with matters related to import/export and more.
Work with internal and external stakeholders: accounting, academic units, researchers, and administrative departments.
 

Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; responsible and discreet.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Administrative and/or financial experience.
Experience working in an academic institution and/or a large organization.
Experience with ERP systems.
Familiarity with procurement procedures.

Reporting Line:
Reports to the VP of Operations and Procurement at MIGAL.

Position Details:
Full-time position (100%).
On-site work at the offices in Kiryat Shmona, five days a week.
