Job Description
The role involves managing, coordinating, and monitoring all partnership activities related to the establishment of an agricultural data platform. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the development of an efficient and user-friendly interface while maintaining continuous oversight and reporting of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor project timelines, tasks, and budget in accordance with partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with technological requirements and oversee data integration into the system.
Support the project’s marketing and commercialization activities.
Team management: ensure that all funded partners and stakeholders are aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
Report to the Israel Innovation Authority and coordinate with relevant professional bodies (finance, legal counsel, etc.).
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Agricultural or Environmental Sciences, or Information Systems Management.
Previous experience managing projects in agriculture, data, or technological innovation.
Proven familiarity with and experience working within Israel’s agricultural ecosystem – required.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-year, multi-partner projects while meeting budgetary and operational targets.
Strong systems thinking, prioritization skills, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with agricultural information systems, data repositories, GIS, and agricultural sensors.
Proficiency in Monday.com.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – required.
