Ms. Arbel is responsible for all MIGAL’s HR management processes, including onboarding, training, recruitment, internal communication, compensation and benefits. She came to MIGAL after 10 years of experience serving as an HR professional for hi-tech companies in Israel, including serving as HRBP in a global startup company in Tel Aviv. Ms. Arbel holds an MBA from Haifa University.
